RSS feeds deliver content to millions of people everyday. I recently rediscovered alltop.com, an aggregate of thousands of rss feeds on a variety of subjects.The site boasts itself as an online magazine rack, offering the headlines from the most popular sources online.In March when the site first launched, it was greeted with bad reviews. I remember being unsure about the purpose or utility.
